What is counselling? Is counselling for me?
Counselling is about bringing positive change into your life. It will help you to explore both the known and the hidden parts of your soul and face the ghosts of your past.
The process is about re-gaining control by further understanding your feelings and behaviour. By working out the sources of your particular issues you can find helpful ways to deal with them.
Counselling requires your commitment and determination to want to change. Counselling also requires a certain degree of courage to find the strength to face your fears and deal with uncomfortable feelings. It has the potential, though, to enlighten you and open your mind to new possibilities.
